To adapt to the needs of the company’s strategic development and advance brand upgrading, upon approval by the Administration for Market Regulation, Julong Co., Ltd. has officially changed its name to Zhongan Jinwei (Liaoning) Tech Co., Ltd. effective October 9, 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition of all business operations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:This change applies solely to the company name. The company’s legal entity status, Unified Social Credit Code, equity structure and operational framework remain unchanged. All assets, claims, liabilities, business contracts and legal obligations previously under Julong Co., Ltd. shall be fully assumed by Zhongan Jinwei (Liaoning) Tech Co., Ltd. Existing partnerships, business communication protocols and service standards will be maintained to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of all customers and partners.
Starting from the effective date of the name change, the new company name will be gradually adopted on all external documents, invoices, corporate bank accounts, company seals and other materials. The original seals of Julong Co., Ltd. will be cancelled in accordance with regulations, and all certificates and qualifications will be processed for name update as required. The original seals shall remain valid during the transition period; detailed arrangements for the transition period will be notified separately.
The company’s registered address, telephone number, email address and other contact information remain unchanged. Any future adjustments will be announced via official channels.
All customers and partners are kindly requested to use the new company name for subsequent contract signing, account reconciliation, invoicing and other business communications from the date of this announcement.
